OK, so not that you care to know, but my stomach has not been feeling particularly lovely. And just so there’s no confusion or pregnancy jokes…I was sitting on the pot not hugging it. So there I was…on the pot… reading my husbands Portfolio business mag. I had just finished reading a short article on Tony Hawk (pro skateboarder – X-Games for those who don’t know) I LOVE the X-Games. Anyways, back to what I was typing. After I got done reading his article on becoming a consummate entrepreneur I was flipping to see if there was anything else interesting in this mag. All of a sudden I turn a page and there it is in big print. It read…

WOW!!! Isn’t that just great! I’ve never heard it said quite that way. We always say “talk less, do more,” or other cliche things like that. Sometimes I think we use all our energy talking about what we want to do, should do, need to do that we don’t have the energy left to try to do.
This totally makes sense though….like you know how you want to do something, and you finally do it how much excitement and energy you have after. It’s like you can run a marathon (or if you’re like me maybe just around the block…or to the corner). But you get the point. Procrastination makes me tired. Doing makes me feel alive!
Anyways, just thought it was cool. Depending on how my tummy feels there may be more “on the pot” reads to come. HA!
